Quick Start Guides (QSG)

Quick start guides are available in three sizes: flyer, postcard, and wallet card. Each format provides instructions on how to access an interpreter. Available as a 4” x 6” postcard, 8 ½” x 11” sheet.

Language Identification Materials

The purpose of these materials is to assist you in identifying your customer's preferred language and to inform them that interpreting services are available. The materials include the phrase “Point to your language." An interpreter will be called at no charge to you.” A limited English speaker simply points to the language of their choice.
