How to view open assignments?
Open assignments are visible in the dashboard section of the portal/app. Interpreters also receive email and text notifications when an assignment is created.
Who do I contact for support regarding an appointment?
For any and all communication regarding assignments, please refer to the information below, and ask to speak with Kayla or Tori.

Please leave a note on the assignment
For after-hours or weekend calls, please let the team member answering the call know that it is of high importance and to be marked as such. A team member from SAI will reach out as soon as possible. If you have not heard from someone within 30 minutes and it is a pressing matter, please call back.
Which appointments have to be signed?
Interpreters have to sign onsite assignments in order to close the job and have the system generate the invoice.
